The three routing questions stay in this page's memory. They are not sent to Meta and are not a plan recommendation. Please share Medicare numbers, prescription lists and other detailed coverage information only through Walker's appropriate private intake or conversation.
When you choose an appointment, LeadConnector hosts the booking form and sends the information you submit to WLB Insurance Group. The calendar collects your contact information and separate text-message permissions. Booking and any later review steps follow the calendar's confirmation and WLB's existing process.
You can book using essential cookies only. If you select Allow ad measurement, this page loads the Meta Pixel to measure a page visit. A confirmed booking can then be measured through Meta's Conversions API. Quiz completion, opening the calendar and selecting a time are not counted as a booked appointment.
Ad measurement can use campaign identifiers, a Facebook click ID, a browser ID, visit information and contact matching data such as hashed email or phone details. The calendar records your measurement choice and a correlation reference with the booking. We do not send your quiz answers, Medicare number, diagnosis, prescription list or plan details as ad-event data.
The browser remembers your choice in local storage. Approved campaign attribution can be retained for the browser session. If you decline, this page does not load Meta's tracking script. Harmless campaign identifiers can still accompany your requested booking so WLB can understand its source.
You can change your choice through Privacy preferences at the bottom of the review page. Changing it refreshes an open calendar, so choose before completing the booking form. A changed choice applies going forward; it does not undo information already shared with permission. Meta's privacy policy explains its handling of information.
